Exploration and Production Timeline

1999                 ROG purchases the Breedlove field and other oil and gas assets in Martin and Dawson Counties in west                                  Texas.

2002                 ROG drills its first well, a successful test for the Devonian formation on the Breedlove leasehold.

2004-2015      ROG identifies and develops productive extensions of two Spraberry fields in Martin and Dawson counties.

ROG successfully waterfloods both Spraberry fields.

2006                 ROG acquires 4,500 acres to form the Mabee Breedlove field in Martin County, near its existing Breedlove

                          field acreage.

2008-2013      ROG’s strategic drilling of Wolfberry wells in the Mabee Breedlove field successfully identifies the existence

and depths of oil bearing reservoirs suitable for horizontal development in the area.

2013                 ROG sells the Mabee Breedlove field to Diamondback Energy who initiates a horizontal drilling program.

 â€‹

2013-2021      Horizontal drilling by Diamondback and other operators in the area establishes the strong economics of

horizontal wells in northwestern Martin County.

2021                ROG sells their prized Breedlove field to a private equity backed company focused on the Permian Basin.

Present           ROG continues to pursue investments which balance reward against risk incurred.
