Roff's principals, J. Hugh Roff, Jr., Andrew W. Roff and Charles L. Roff, have a successful record of providing high returns to investors and shareholders for 30 years. Hugh Roff began his energy career in 1974 as President, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of United Gas Pipe Line Company, subsequently renamed United Energy Resources, Inc. ("UER"), a major U.S. diversified energy company listed on the New York Stock Exchange. In 1985 Hugh completed the sale of UER to MidCon Corporation ("MidCon"), an interstate pipeline company.

Upon the sale of UER to MidCon, Hugh Roff led a leveraged buyout of PetroUnited Terminals, Inc. ("PetroUnited"). PetroUnited owned and operated two marine bulk liquid storage facilities on the U.S. Gulf Coast. Hugh served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of PetroUnited until its sale in 1998. Since the sale of PetroUnited, Hugh has led Roff Resources LLC, an investment firm that provides capital to Roff and other investments.

Andrew Roff, an MBA graduate of Columbia University, worked in the treasury department of Pennzoil Company from 1990 to 1997 overseeing Pennzoil's domestic financing activities. Andrew joined PetroUnited in 1997, working in marketing and finance. Charles Roff, a lawyer by training, worked in the legal department of Sonat Exploration Company and Sonat Offshore Drilling, Inc., major production and drilling subsidiaries of Sonat Inc., from 1988 to 1995. Charles joined PetroUnited in 1995, where he worked in operations and began PetroUnited's activities in China. Andrew and Charles assisted in the sale of PetroUnited in 1998 and have successfully managed the day to day activities of Roff.

Hugh, Charles and Andrew are responsible for setting the strategic direction of Roff and for providing managerial and financial oversight. A key ingredient of their success has been identifying and cooperating with quality operational personnel to provide the technical skills necessary to succeed. For Roff, such technical skills are primarily provided by John R. Polleys and Michael S. Fenton. John, who holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Colorado State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Baylor University, worked as a geologist for 25 years in Oklahoma, Texas and Wyoming and co-founded and managed an oil and gas investment company. Mike is a petroleum engineer who previously worked at Schlumberger conducting reservoir evaluation. He is primarily responsible for maintaining production at Roff Oil & Gas' fields. Mike holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and in Environmental Biology from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
